About

As many close to me know I have a hard time keeping my thoughts to myself especially when I feel strongly about something. I have a deep sense of right and wrong and most of my life I have been very black and white. It hasn’t been until I’ve gotten older (and hopefully a bit wiser) have I learned that there is sometimes a little gray area between the two.

I created this blog because it’s a great way to for me to get my thoughts, rants, and excitement out. In today’s world with so much happening at such quick speed we all need an outlet to vent. Sometimes I feel like I have absolutely no power to change the things around me…things that are happening in our country and in our government…things I feel so strongly about and yet how do I get my voice heard? So this is where my voice is heard. Not that many will read it but at least I have an avenue to “put it out there.”

Thanks for reading.

Things about me:

I am a follower of Jesus. He has radically changed my life and I am thankful for all that He has done!

I’m married to wonderful man and we’ve been married since 1997. We like to say that we’re still on our honeymoon.

I’m the oldest of 3, I have a sister and brother. Three nieces, two nephews, a sister and brother-in-law.

We love, love, love living in Arizona. The winter weather is great, we have fabulous sunsets and the desert is beautiful.

I love coffee and have worked for Starbucks for a couple years. Someday I would like to open my own coffee shop, unless I decide to run for political office…we definitely need change!

Prior to the 2008 election, both my husband and I decided that in order to make a change we needed to get involved in the process. We began getting involved so that we can make a difference. I encourage you…find out what you are passionate about and dive in. Life is too short to sit on the sidelines and let others run the things around you…things that affect you and your family’s life.
